What You'll Do:
Architect and drive a scalable technical roadmap that supports Zoomie Games' long-term growth and creative ambitions.
Lead, mentor, and grow a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Oversee the entire development pipeline, ensuring the creation of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
Make critical decisions on technology stacks, tools, and platforms to empower our creative teams and deliver magical experiences to players.
Partner with art, design, and production leaders to ensure seamless integration and turn ambitious creative goals into technical realities.
Stay on the cutting edge of gaming technology, identifying emerging trends and opportunities that can enhance our games and delight our community.
What You'll Bring:
Extensive experience in a senior engineering leadership role (e.g., Lead Engineer, Technical Director, CTO) within the PC/Console game industry.
Proven expertise with Unreal Engine and a deep understanding of game architecture.
Experience building and scaling engineering teams in a startup or growing studio environment.
A strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term technical vision with the practical needs of active development.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a passion for mentoring engineers and collaborating across disciplines.
A genuine love for Indie Games and a shared belief in our mission to create fun, cozy, emotional, and heartfelt games.
